Job Description
Responsible for leading the initiation and fulfilment of finished good master data on behalf of marketing for NPD or product changes, and be the key liaison with cross functional team members to ensure its readiness for circulation to retailers and marketplace platforms (Salsify, GS1 etc).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the initiation and collation of inputs to set up or change finished goods master data for NPD and VE.

Key Liaison for cross functional team members to complete their inputs, ensuring GBS/DMO training for team members as needed.

Populate FGI forms, and coordinate Agile activities amongst cross functional team.

Ensure quality and accuracy of data throughout the process and lead resolution of issues in a timely manner (ahead of forecast loading, ingredient ordering, production, shipping, etc.)

Be the expert of different retailers' parameter and requirements for NPD i.e., SRP size limits etc.

Ensures timely completion and 100% accuracy of product data provided by project team throughout NPD project, NPC, UBFs, GS1, Salsify process etc. Maintains data as required over time.

Corrects errors prior to retailer deadlines.

Actions changes requested or required by retailers.

Responsible for reporting of product information i.e., price lists, product lists etc.

GS1 KH point of contact, maintaining contract and finance including overarching membership fees.

About You:

We will consider full-time or part-time candidates.

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel user.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Ability to understand and coordinate Technical data.

Effective organising and planning skills are required while still being adaptable in dealing with changing situations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
