Job Description

Ecolab is seeking candidates for a Senior Manager within the experiential marketing team. This person will develop the experiential vision for internal and external events driving content strategy and development across the enterprise. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Experiential Marketing.

What will you do:
This role will work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment that is tied closely to colleagues in global brand, marketing, and communications:
Work directly with business leaders at the outset of an experiential assignment to define or redefine the right opportunity and the right problem to solve. Specifically focusing on the Industrial group within Ecolab.
Lead discussions with multi-disciplinary teams to align on intended business impact, experiential strategy, audience targets and success metrics for both internal and external experiential activations.
Strong story telling acumen with the ability to craft initial drafts of outlines and logical presentation narratives to illustrate insights and informed project direction.
Present vision and ideas back to business teams gaining their trust by telling a concise andcompelling story to explain the experiential strategy and approach.
Expertly set agenda, drive stakeholder meetings and executive reviews with ability tocontinue to drive content development throughout the production.
Responsible for the development of content briefs, scripting and initial deck developmenthighlighting the experiential approach along with high level oversight on select productions.
Understands how large, global companies are winning at engaging their employees and topcustomers as well as creating communication continuity across many divisions.
Develop diverse approaches to solving a given problem and ability to communicate ideaswith clarity, confidence and iterate on feedback quickly.
Lead cross company workstreams to create and execute event deliveries including beingable to identify and mitigate issues /barriers to success for the team.
Responsible for overseeing Water University and customer tours in Naperville
Direct the experiential efforts to drive the Grow to Win enterprise incentive program and sales engagement strategies partnering with the business sales leadership team to develop key strategies and initiatives to engage Ecolab's 24,000 sales-and-service team members generating excitement in delivering value to customers at nearly 3 million locations.
Share best practices for stakeholder and attendee input with the rest of the global marketingteam working to establish a standard for how experiential marketing should be deliveredacross the company.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
8+ years' experience in digital or integrated agency or consultancy
Effectively led a team of 3 or more event producers or strategists directly working withinexperiential marketing with a focus on developing talent and building new capabilities
Have worked in a progressive, creatively driven environment that has embraced digital-ledthinking and experiential strategy & design
Advanced knowledge of experiential production and execution in the virtual and live-event space.
Strong ability to write and create thoughtful and dynamic presentations
