Position Summary
Under minimal supervision, prepare business students with internship and career ready competencies. Connect students with professionals from the Chicago Business Community and deliver programs that provide them with the necessary information and tools to gain internships, employment and prepare for long-term career success.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare business students with internship and career ready competencies. Methods of delivery include individual and group sessions, workshops, classroom presentations, webinars, and use of the latest technologies. Provide the necessary information and tools to gain internships, employment and prepare for long-term career success.
Coordinate events and activities connecting students with professionals from the Chicago Business Community for career related information, advice and opportunities.
Responsible for student outreach and participation in career related events and activities. Implement best practices and use of the latest technologies for efficient and effective methods of student participation.
Hire, train, and manage student staff. Plan, assign and review work of student staff to ensure that group objectives are met.
Benchmark career services trends, remain current on best practices and implement updated methods of service delivery.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.
