Position Description:

Are you a product marketing innovator who is driven to build, direct, and propel successful programs? We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with the ability to drive product marketing across our lines of business. In this role you will own activities ranging from product positioning, messaging, and buyer personas to understanding competition.

This role will report to the Director of Product Marketing and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Enablement to optimize and implement go-to-market strategies that meet our product and overall growth objectives.

Position Duties:

  • Define the buyer's journey and build message maps
  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates Motus from alternative solutions
  • Craft product line narratives that articulate the value of our solution and how they fit into our broader portfolio message
  • Source testimonials, data, and other proof points that reinforce our position and message
  • Own product releases and market launches and encourage cross-functional teams to achieve launch readiness
  • Leverage existing research and data to design buyer personas
  • Monitor competition and provide insight and analysis. Identify our strengths and weaknesses and arm the sales team with the plays and tactics to win
  • Collaborate on creation of briefing materials for partners and stakeholders
  • Measure product/feature adoption and program performance to refine go-to-market strategies as needed

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years in product marketing and/or product management or marketing strategy, primarily in B2B SaaS companies, including experience with a tech market leader or innovator
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be an imaginative problem solver with a vision
  • Ability to work cross functionally with and influence collaborators across complementary teams and to adapt to changing priorities
  • A learning mentality and proactive approach to continuous learning
  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills a plus

Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $115,000-$135,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidates relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
