We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team. You will report into our Group Technical Lead running projects for our engineering departments. You could find yourself working projects for New Product Development, Sourcing projects and Value Added and Value Engineering Projects.

You will:
Be responsible for managing large scale and/or moderately complex departmental and cross-functional development projects.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, supply chain, finance, and all other stakeholders to identify and prioritize critical project milestones and deliverables.
Develop project plans identifying schedules, specifications, risks, and contingency plans for NPD projects.
Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and daily task activities.
Lead weekly cross-functional project meetings.
Continuously gathers feedback from all project team members to track progress and mitigate risk.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
Have 5+ years of experience working with cross functional manufacturing teams.
Have 3+ years leading projects as a project manager
Highly detail oriented, organized and organizationally agile individual preferred.

Need for flexible domestic and international travel according to business necessity as responsibilities may require project oversight with other Pentair global facilities (up to 40% travel).
