Job Description
The Brand Manager, Platform Marketing will help with crafting demand for the Kraft Heinz, beloved Refrigerated Ready to Eat (i.e. Jell-O, Philadelphia Desserts, Colliders) portfolio by formulating the long-term strategy and developing and implementing marketing plans. This person will define the RRTE businesses product mix, pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly. They implement marketing initiatives in support of long-term strategies with help from the business unit team. Accountable for delivering the profit, volume and market share objectives. This position assists the business unit team on assigned business in all aspects of the P&L.
In addition, this position includes developing and executing a multi-year innovation strategy for EID's brands that is rooted in meaningful consumer pain points.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

RRTE Category Management:

Build consumer and customer demand for the assigned business and define the long-term strategy

Implement marketing initiatives in support of long-term strategies through leading the cross-functional team

Select appropriate product mix, pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly

Oversight in P&L for the respective business and accountability for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives

Provide field sales tools, materials, and training on brand/product introductions or improvements, as well as new marketing/sales campaigns, to achieve sales targets

Lead analysis and reporting of performance across various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Mentor, develop, empower and encourage teams to own specific processes, targets, and solutions

EID Innovation:

Manage the creation and validation of a multi-year innovation strategy that is rooted in meaningful consumer pain points
