Role Snapshot
As a Health Insurance Account Executive, you will produce new group health insurance sales through a broker driven distribution system. The focus of this role will be in self-funded (ASO) products in large group market. More specifically, you will:
Produce new health insurance business in Self-Funded (ASO), Level Funded, and Fully Insured by working with local Agencies.
Build working relationships with assigned agents to foster new business opportunities.
Educate and answer questions from assigned agents on WPS Powered by Auxiant products.
Maintain current knowledge on insurance education and training.
Provide regular updates to management regarding competitors and identify market trends.
Develop sales and marketing strategies with your leadership team.

Have strong broker relationships in order to be the most successful in the Wisconsin Markets - Southeast WI, Southwest & South Central WI, Northeast & Northcentral WI markets.
Possess strong negotiation and closing skills.

Have strong knowledge around group and self-funded business.
Excel at influencing clients to see what makes a product different and stronger than others in the market.

Salary Range
$75,000 to $105,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted salary range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition, this position is eligible for a strong Sales Bonus Program which is paid out monthly.
Travel
There will be travel within the state of Wisconsin - up to 40%

This role is open to remote work for this opportunity in the following approved states:
Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
State of Wisconsin group health insurance license.
5 or more years of ASO experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
5 or more years of experience in the health insurance industry.
Experience working in a CRM (e.g. MS Dynamics).
ASO Self-funded Experience.
Experience selling for Health Insurance, Rx, or Stop Loss with a Carrier, Third Party Administrator or as Benefits Consultant from an Insurance Agency
