What you'll do

Our digital experience channels serve as the first moment of truth for hundreds of millions of individuals and small businesses considering DocuSign for their agreement cloud needs on a global scale.
As the Digital Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing DocuSign's business amongst individual professionals and small businesses globally. You'll be or become an expert in driving new customer revenue growth. You'll partner with internal teams to drive results by developing the right Product and Marketing programs, messaging, and promotions. You'll drive experimentation roadmaps with new approaches and tools, and be disciplined and analytical in measuring and sharing results.
This role will be specifically responsible for driving the revenue growth from our trial members globally. This position will play a leading role in defining the growth strategy and achieving the incremental revenue goal for our trialists. You'll work closely with the Digital Acquisition teams and SEO team to understand the gaps in our current top of the funnel experiences and prioritize programs to fill those gaps. You'll also work cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing, Product Growth, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to deliver a best in class trial customer experience. The Digital Business Growth Manager is a visible, high-impact role that directly influences DocuSign's paid subscriber and revenue growth.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Digital Business Global Growth Senior Director.
Responsibility
Develop a strong POV on gaps in our existing marketing and product experiences and build recommendations including business cases for product and marketing program enhancements
Play a leading role in defining the acquisition and onboarding strategy for trialists acquired from different sources (e.g., web, partner integrations) to optimize the trial experience and drive conversion rates
Translate business goals and opportunities into quarterly and annual product and marketing plans working closely with marketing, product and product growth teams
Work closely with Paid Marketing, SEO and Regional Marketing teams to optimize the acquisition funnel for trialists
Develop research, data and analyses backed recommendations for A/B testing opportunities for our trialists and work with Product Growth teams to prioritize and execute these tests
Influence the Product/Product Growth roadmaps to drive both customer delight and business outcomes
Collaborate with pricing strategy team to develop pricing and packaging strategies to optimize monetization of trial users and maximize revenue
Collaborate with analytics teams to conduct statistical analysis and quarterly marketing and product program reviews
Own the marketing strategy for owned channels to nurture DocuSign trialists (e.g., email and in-product communications)
Create and execute targeted campaigns to nurture trial users and drive engagement, including email campaigns, in-app messaging, and targeted advertising
Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
What you bring

Basic
5+ years of experience in an analytics-driven Marketing function such as Lifecycle Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Digital Sales
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with data analysis using Tableau dashboards, spreadsheets and/or SQL
Experience with acquisition and retention marketing, including lead generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer lifetime value
Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively work with cross-functional and international teams to achieve success
Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills
