Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION
HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its Corporate Services team! This highly visible position is responsible for all enterprise-wide, off-site meeting logistics and contracting; participating in the sourcing process by partnering with users to define specifications and requirements; conducting internal and external data analysis, and providing recommendations based on that analysis; as well as tracking and running enterprise meeting analytics in an effort to identify process improvements and cost saving opportunities. Must be able to conduct contract negotiations analyzing all clauses, stipulations and liabilities to ensure favorable terms are secured to support the planning, development and execution of events. NOTE: this position is a telecommute role - sponsorship will not be extended.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business and 4 years' experience in corporate meeting planning of various sizes including 3 years' analytical experience OR 7 years' experience in corporate meeting planning of various sizes including 3 years analytical experience.
Experience with conducting wide-ranging research.
Proficiency utilizing the Cvent meeting management tool.
Solid analytical skills to support and enhance contracting strategy and goals.
Ability to function in ambiguous and/or time-sensitive situations.
Strong interpersonal skills, especially involving interviewing and meeting with key resource buyers and users.
Advanced PC proficiency to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Workday.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of travel industry and associated pricing.
Knowledge and skills to participate and be effective in contract negotiations with industry suppliers.
