Do you consider yourself to be a highly technical, healthcare construction expert, and strong communicator with the desire to work in a team environment on complex projects? Gilbane's Midwest Division has seen extensive growth over the last several years. We have several large ($300M - $2B+) healthcare projects in different stages. We are looking to grow our healthcare leadership team for these projects and hiring a Senior Project Executive. This position will require travel if not local to Midwest project sites.

Responsibilities

 

Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.
Enforce project reporting requirements
Manage critical issues
Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality
Mentor Project Executives

 


Qualifications

 

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $150 million or larger
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong technical and communication skills are critical
Ability to work in a team environment
Leadership and management skills
Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)
