Job Description
Summary
This Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience across all Zones for finance. This individual will have exposure to full Profit & Loss (P&L) and will participate in company-wide projects and initiatives.The Senior Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across different categories and business units. There will be significant interaction with Senior Leadership teams across the globe, including the Global CFO, Zone CFOs, and VP of Financial Planning.

Primary Responsibilities
Owns the consolidation of Global CFO's main planning and reporting activities, including monthly KHC Business Management cycle (i.e., CFO Calls, EVP Meetings and MPRs)
Support development of monthly consolidation, forecast updates and tracking against updated plans and prior forecasts
Analyze and understand trends in P&L performance with a clear understanding of the nature of drivers and risks / opportunities, with the ability to communicate to senior leadership
Assembles monthly reporting and forecast materials for Global CEO / CFO in addition to preparation of quarterly Board and Global Town Hall materials
Work closely with Investor Relations and External Reporting through the quarterly earnings process, providing financial support, with required sign-off on all financial data
Routine cross collaboration with Zone Finance teams and Global Functions (Treasury, Accounting, Tax, ZBB, Investor Relations, Operations, etc.) to understand performance / validate drivers, as well as regularly update and track latest forecasts and assemble necessary AOP / monthly materials
Help lead tactical execution of the Global Finance Calendar - hold Zones / finance counterparts accountable to submission deadlines and ensure cross-team collaboration
Responsible for end to end KPI process with ownership of several Global KPIs
Significant ad hoc opportunities and project management, potential M&A work
