Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
ONECARD OFFICE
Assist with the day-to-day front desk operations of the OneCard Office
Assist with answering phone calls and emails
Assist with processing and creating university identification cards (OneCard ID) for students and employees
Assist with taking photos and passing out cards at Orientations and other campus eventsProcess
Deposit Huskie Bucks for students and employees using a Point of Sale (POS).
Maintain confidentiality with cardholder information.
Assist with data entry and filing of OneCard related documents as needed
Monitor Lost ID cards that are turned into the office by contacting students
Perform other duties as assigned
Working Hours
Days and time can vary; M-F 8am - 4:30pm

Preferred Qualification
1. Customer service experience.
2. Cash handling experience.
3. Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office products.
