Provider Relations Coordinator

The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community-based services. We believe in going the extra mile and aim to make a genuine difference in our participants’ lives.

The Provider Relations Coordinator will be accountable for delivering an optimal provider experience and engaging the community around our PACE model of care. This role focuses on working relentlessly to ensure network performance that enables high caliber service delivery to frail, older populations across multiple geographies.

Essential Job Duties:

+ Work to support a high-quality network of aligned providers across markets, through development and maintenance of provider relationships

+ Guide partners from initial provider onboarding through ongoing engagement and relationship optimization

+ Maintain external and cross-functional relationships to ensure smooth operational integration with our contracted partners and clinical staff

+ Assist the Network Management team with credentialing/recredentialing efforts by following up with providers to collect pertinent documents

+ Coordinate with external partners to ensure accurate ongoing collection of key provider demographic updates and changes

Job Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Experience in network relations, provider contracting, and/or health plan operations, required

+ Excellent organization and communication skills
