The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in project management, platform development, and mathematical modeling, with the ability to lead and influence others and make sound recommendations in an often-ambiguous environment.
The role will scope, develop, manage, and execute 3-5 larger programs a year. Examples of program work including price analysis, expedited shipping, brand discoverability, and launching our Omni channel Ecom Business strategies, collaborating with both internal and external partners across business and regions
The candidate will work closely with internal and external partners across business units and regions to drive sustainable market share growth, online. The role will be a leader of change management within the entrepreneurial organization and the wider business, with the opportunity to identify and tackle various challenges and gain exposure to a wide swath of the business.
The primary duties and responsibilities include identifying, developing and executing programs in the cross section of operations, marketing, and sales in a young omni-channel ecommerce function.
Examples of programs are building models and analyzing data, developing a ecommerce omni-channel business strategy, and driving the execution of the strategy through liaison with vendors and internal teams.
This position will integrate into an entrepreneurial ecommerce team with a test learn and fail fast philosophy. The organization allows you to wear many hats and operates in a highly collaborative environment.
The individual will be a key driver for change and must be interested in AI, automation and outsourcing to find the best way to drive change in the organization. The diverse set of responsibilities ensures that every day presents new opportunities to chase, and no two days are alike, which requires ability to prioritize. This role will allow the candidate to brainstorm new ideas, develop them, present them to leadership, and drive or consult them through to completion.Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic (40%)
Develop the omni channel ecommerce strategy across business Units
Develop and own sales operations strategy across existing secondary customers and new customers.
Develop and own multi-tiered launch strategy for both consumers and B2B, optimizing for long-terms sales and profitability across the total PHG business.
Utilize automated tools to track the pricing environment, resulting in a comprehensive strategy to drive accretive revenue.
Build models, analyze, test, stabilize and spread learnings:
Analyze the day-to-day execution, identifying opportunities to invent and improves processes.
Identify opportunities to leverage Spectrum Brands' long-term competitive advantage:
Design our brand discoverability metrics and strategy across PHG:

Create the expedited shipping strategy for PHG:
Develop the strategy for key programs, such as Prime Now and Pick-Up Today, focused on maximizing Omni-channel sales across all customers
Develop a strategic plan to grow Spectrum Brands HG and Pet Latin America Ecom business

Tactical (40%)
Drive the execution of the Omni channel Ecom strategy:
Develop a profit and growth optimizing product strategy across channels and life cycle of a product
Serve as a liaison between vendors and internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, supply chain, etc.)
Stabilize and Automate order acceptance process (including pricing, inventory, customer service, etc.)
Develop leadership presentations and champion adoption/expansion of channels.
