We are currently seeking a Community Banking Support Agent that serves as the first line of support for banking center team members. The agent is responsible for ensuring incoming calls are handled timely, accurately and with professionalism. Resolving problems and identifying opportunities for training development or streamlining processes is key to being successful in this role.

Key Accountabilities
Resolve Problems:
Listen to caller and take ownership of the problem until resolved or passed to another appropriate team member successfully
Solve problems in a timely manner in order to meet Service Level Agreements
Ensure world class client experience while providing resolution to problems
Client Experience:
Puts the internal client at the forefront of everything
Seeks perspective and uses insight to shape behaviors and actions
Provides team members with education to self-serve going forward
Accountable to high client experience and openness to feedback
Knowledge:
Subject matter expert for deposit account opening and consumer loan account application and account servicing
Embraces continual education and process changes
Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance processes

Qualifications and Education Requirements
2 - 3 years work experience in a banking center
1+ year(s) of experience in Deposit Operations, Loan Operations or Client Care preferred
Working knowledge of Signature, CSS, Desktop Teller, COLA and banking center procedures
Must have good judgment and act professionally
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
