Paralegal Contract Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY
This is a newly created role. The Paralegal Contract Administrator will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, editing, tracking all vendor contracts, consulting agreements, customer contracts, and NDAs related to our business. The Paralegal Contract Administrator will interact with William Charles/Ragnar Benson procurement department and legal team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the execution of all contracts.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms through tracking, monitoring, reporting, and communicating with stakeholders and other internal customers.
Upload documents and add contractual information into company databases in a timely fashion.
Work with insurance broker and insurance broker’s database to generate certificates of insurance per contract terms and/or special request. Support the annual insurance renewal process.
Assist in contract administration for the life of the contract, which may include updating appropriate internal systems, coordination of requirements to functional departments, identification and resolution of changes, and participation in the contract renewal process.
Conduct line-by-line review of final agreement versions and escalate to manager if not compliant.
Prepare requested edits to contracts, letters, and other outgoing legal documents.
Handle communication with internal departments and outside counsel.
Ensure mutual understanding of contract requirements between all parties involved.
Evaluate, update, maintain and negotiate a variety of contract documents on behalf of the organization.
Manage and track vendor performance and timeliness in relation to contractual agreements.
Conduct contract compliance audit as needed.
Execute departmental projects and other tasks, as needed.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred)
Minimum three years of experience as a Contracts Administrator.

Combination of equivalent education and work experience may be considered
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum three years of experience as a Contracts Administrator.
Knowledge of the main components of service agreements, statements of work, NDAs, and legal notices.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive collaborative attitude.
Analytical, with strong organization skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately across all corporate levels.
Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future
