The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Sales and the sales team, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer databases, preparing reports, and building and preserving customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, generating reports, and creating presentations.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, clients, and partners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Orders and ships POS materials to the Regional Managers and brokers.
  • Initiates requisitions, and processes purchase orders for payment.
  • Responsible for timekeeping both direct and indirect subordinates of the Domestic Sales Director.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of sales-related information, including customer contact information, sales leads, and contracts.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations and communications.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience in a sales or business environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate and relay information in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with company and client information.
