The firm's Americas Services business provides Valuation & Advisory, Project & Development Services and Asset Services to clients across North and South America.

An inaugural role, the Senior Manager, Americas Services Communications is responsible for all internal and external communications for the firm's Americas Services business. This includes strategizing, managing and executing executive and corporate communications, employee engagement, multi-media production, social media and public relations for the President of Americas Services and the services lines.

Part of the firm's Global Communications Group, the role will report to Cushman & Wakefield's SVP, Global Head of Communications & Brand Strategy, work directly with the President of Americas Services and closely collaborate with Marketing.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Preserve brand reputation through issues management.
Develop executive messages, speeches, presentations, social media posts, video assets, town halls, newsletters and media coverage for the President, Americas Services.
Develop a communications plan and key message pillars for Americas Services that uses communications to enhance culture, reputation and engagement.
Lead, manage and execute Americas Services' corporate and service line communications, producing leader messages, enterprise announcements, employee information, engagement campaigns, town halls, videos, newsletters, website content and brand-building assets.
Generate - individually and in collaboration with the firm's Americas PR team - brand-enhancing news coverage via top-tier, trade and vertical media outlets.
Collaborate with the Service Lines and Marketing to extend the reach and impact of research, content and business development efforts, to further thought leadership and choice.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications or public relations.
10-13 years of experience managing BU communications for a company or client of a PR firm.
Proven, comparable experience in the job's areas of responsibility.
Measurable results in furthering culture, reputation and engagement for profitable growth.
Excellent written, interpersonal and storytelling skills.
Experience creating news coverage, social media and multi-media (e.g., videos, town halls)
Success ensuring brand alignment via Integrated Marketing Communications.
Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with ability to take initiative while working well in a group environment.
