We are currently seeking a Data Entry/Onboarding Analyst to join our team in Batavia, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).
Data Entry Analyst
Job Responsibilities Include
Data Entry analysts' primary responsibility is to provide accurate entry into various systems managed by the team for this customer. The analyst will be responsible assisting for onboarding and offboarding of laboratory employees, contractors, and visitors. The analyst will work closely with the Service Desk technicians for Tier I support including being part of the after-hours support rotation.
Data Entry Job Duties:
Maintains a strong focus to understand the impact of their work when completing tickets for Account Management.
Becomes knowledgeable with guidelines set by contractual agreements with suppliers and maintains a strong customer focus.
Data Entry / Active Directory usage
Assisting ServiceDesk with onboarding of accounts
Email Account Processing (Microsoft O365)
Password Reset and On-boarding document verifications
Required Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED with 18 months of work experience
Minimum 1 year expereince with the Microsoft Windows Operating System
The laboratory is a highly complex environment and as such the following experience is preferred::
3 years of relevant experience or Undergraduate Degree with 6 months of relevant experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (O365)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Collaborative and ability to work well within a team
