Job Summary
This position is responsible for guiding quality assurance and knowledge management for resources which develop standard and customized contractual documents. Facilitates meetings with varying levels to address quality concerns and provide feedback. Leads and assigns data analytics/modeling related to quality performance and corrective actions. Leads and plans for training development and delivery to partners. Responsible for leading and planning for process improvement initiatives identifying value add corrective actions and eliminating process waste leveraging expertise and consultation.

Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and 3 years work experience in a position involving independent judgment and initiative, including at least 1 year of experience performing Quality Assurance activities OR 7 years work experience in a position involving independent judgment and initiative, including at least 1 year of experience performing Quality Assurance activities
Experience with health and ancillary products as well as health insurance contracts and/or Self Funded contracts.
Experience and skills in applying state and federal legislation, corporate or Blue Cross Association mandates to health insurance documents.
PC experience including Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a deadline driven environment and completing tasks on time.
Judgment and problem resolution skills.
Technical writing experience or experience in drafting/maintaining procedures and training materials.
Verbal and written communication skills to interface with staff from other departments, draft document language and handle issue resolution.
Experience with process improvement methods (root-cause analysis, FMEA, CARA).
Data analytics and modeling experience.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of quality control/assurance approaches (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM).
Knowledge Management qualifications/certifications.
Skills in project management/project planning.
Willing to travel both domestic and international as needed.

This is a hybrid position: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home.
