Salary Range - $75,000.00 - $85,000.00

Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Manager Responsibilities:
Effective leadership and management of staff to maintain accuracy and timely collection of accounts.
Promote efficiency and proper billing practices.
Maintain timely billing and follow-up on all non-government accounts.
Meet/exceed collection goal and DSO targets implemented by executive management.
Weekly tracking of cash collection progress. Ability to spot trends and areas of opportunity
Maintain control of claims billed and pending to ensure full accountability for all claims.
Track unbilled claims and provide weekly updates to senior leadership.
Work closely with branch office personnel and senior management to optimize collection of revenue. Monthly review of aging reports with team leadership and supervisors.
Analyze changes and provide direction on areas of priority.
Cultivate and maintain a working rapport with insurance companies to maximize reimbursement efforts and resolve issues.
Work with Director of Reimbursement on resolving billing and collection issues.
Monthly financial reporting.
Review/approve refund and account adjustments.
Assist management with yearly financial audits.
Development and maintenance of department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Accounts Receivable Manager Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent
Experience based knowledge in the management of accounts receivable processes in health care, preferably in Physician Billing
Candidate should possess 5 years leadership experience and must have extensive knowledge of HMO, Managed Care, PPO, Private Insurance and Worker's Compensation billing
Working knowledge of billing activities and computer systems
