2nd shift Machine Operators will work Monday-Saturday, 6:00 P.M. - 6:00 A.M. However, we ask that talent are able to train for the first few weeks on the 1st shift, 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Essential Functions of the job include
Efficiently supply packaging materials to the line as required to ensure smooth operation.
Coordination to safely operate warehouse machinery.
Accurately inspect finished goods during the run, helping to identify and correct routine quality problems.
Safely and efficiently participate in changeovers, operations, and troubleshooting of various units.

Qualifications: We ask that the talent applying for this position has at least two years of machine operation experience, can stand for 12-hour shifts, has outstanding communication skills, and enjoys strategic problem-solving.
