Overview
PepsiCo’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization has been established to provide efficient and effective services to PepsiCo’s businesses globally, for all sectors, changing the way we work by accelerating our agility and enhancing service delivery/ quality by moving away from functional siloes to an end-to-end architecture. To enable this purpose, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Analyst to support in formulating and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans to help embody the mindsets and behaviors needed for a successful rollout of the new global E2E process. These plans will focus on building and implementing a framework that maximizes adoption across employees, Senior Leaders, and Executives minimizes resistance and drives higher utilization of and proficiency with the E2E Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) implementation across PepsiCo. 

Responsibilities
The GBS Change Management Sr Analyst will:
* Support the systemic, transformational change agenda for PepsiCo’s first E2E process with R2P by:
* Support in building the case for change for R2P and refine the overall GBS case for change to include E2E visioning and strategy
* Apply and customize established Change Management methodologies and tools to drive the GBS E2E strategic agenda supporting visioning, implementation, execution, and adoption of new ways of working.
* Partner with the senior manager to develop the strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams
* Support the impact analysis and change management assessments as needed, including the evaluation of change readiness for all stakeholders, including identifying barriers to change and partnership with respective leaders to formulate and implement plans to address them.
* Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of end-user training.
* Support with all necessary change management deliverables, including but not limited to: Stakeholder Mapping, Change Plans, Leadership Alignment, Change Impact Assessment, Change Communications, Training, Change Agent Network, and Value Realization, among others.
* To be a great ambassador for the team and its work communicating with and engaging with stakeholders building a culture of continuous improvement and inculcating the E2E mindset and behaviors 
* Executing against the identified Change deliverable ensuring a smooth E2E transformation
* Identify and schedule Change deliverables, milestones, and required tasks – including development and management of detailed change plan, ensuring governance cadence, and reporting on progress
* Providing hands-on change management support needed for the execution of deliverables
* Undertake current and future state gap analysis and assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives
* Manage stakeholders, identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders and report to the Change Snr Manager on the performance of stakeholder management against agreed plans to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution
* Work collaboratively with all stakeholder groups to understand current and future state and to ensure business requirements are translated into documentation.
* Support GBS R2P Change Management capability-building, by:
* Successfully translating theoretical approaches, past experiences, and business needs into practical plans and manage/ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery
* Working with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.
* Building change capability across GBS, providing Change Management training to functional teams and key stakeholders who are unfamiliar with the Change Management principles, framework, and tools.

Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 -$ 113,850 based on a full-time schedule
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree, preferably MA/MS in Org Development and Leadership or another related field.
* Minimum of 4-5 years of strategy consulting, HR/OMD industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation
* Proven exceptional storytelling and/or presentation skills
* Be fluent in English both written and spoken
