Overview

If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work, Group O wants you to join the Auditor team! As an Auditor for our Supply Chain Division, you will make sure that our customer receives fulfilled kits. This involves partnering with our Production Associates to randomly audit kits to ensure accuracy, checking parts to pull out any defects, and getting involved when there is an accident to ensure parts were not damaged.

Responsibilities

  • Daily audits on finished goods and/or components to ensure they meet customer specifications
  • Develop and maintain audit files and records and report any discrepancies to supervisor / management
  • Ensure work orders are being followed
  • Follow work instructions, procedures and policies
  • Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area
  • Suggest modifications to established procedures to improve production efficiency, improve quality, or reduce cost
  • Continually work with management on other duties as deemed necessary by the management staff


Qualifications

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Work experience in lieu of education will be considered)

Skills:
  • Good communications skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good work attitude
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Ability to follow work instructions
  • Relates well with employees and superiors
  • Should be open-minded and decisive with problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems

Desired Skills:
  • Continual improvement
  • Mistake proofing, blueprint reading
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Bending, standing, walking, lifting for extended periods of time
  • Overtime when required - must be flexible
