Who You'll Work With
You will be based in one of our offices in North America, Europe (Lisbon) or Costa Rica (San Jose) and you will report to the Director of Capabilities of the Growth Strategy & Innovation Service Line and collaborate with a global network of partners, experts and practice management colleagues to advance our client-backed innovation and capabilities agenda. You'll be part of our Strategy & Corporate Finance team in one of our approved footprint locations globally.

You will advise partners to help identify priority knowledge initiatives (e.g., identifying topics for new research and publication related to priority corporate strategy and business strategy topics).

In capability management you will help facilitate best practice sharing in client development across sectors and regions. You will reach out to client service teams (CSTs) to identify potential client reference cases, and sanitize key LOPs (Letter of Proposal). You will act as a peer counsellor to partners, S&CF leaders, and capability managers on service line related questions, and other topics as you grow expertise. You will help maintain a view of the client pipeline, people, and core collateral. You will advise CSTs, respond to global CST requests related to our GS&I Strategy materials, guide them to the appropriate content and offer perspective on the best way to support their clients.
