Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
In support of HCSC's Blue Directions enrollment technology solution, this position is responsible for supporting client implementation of new and renewing business on the Employee Navigator portal, performing ongoing customer service and client relationship management, researching and ensuring timely resolution of open inquiries and concerns, and development and maintenance of process and requirements with internal and vendor stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in health insurance/health care field in a service/sales/marketing position involving initiative and decision-making OR 1 year experience in health care management in a marketing service representative role OR 3 years' experience in sales/marketing or health care management/claims/provider service experience involving processing or coordination of services for health care clients.
*State Insurance License(s) or obtain State Insurance License(s) within required time frame per state regulations.
Organizational and decision-making skills; written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills.
Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
