The Health Client Manager will act as the main point of contact for the client with respect to ongoing Health Benefits delivery including reporting needs, requirements definitions and service delivery questions. TheHCMis the service lead for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction and requirements maintenance. Depending on the alignment, this role will support ongoing change requests. (This is not a sales role.)
Please note- this role will not manage a team but is expected to act as a SME and coach/mentor others- particularly those in the Health Client Specialist role. Some travel may be required.
If you have Health Client Management experience in a CSS or CTL role at Alight, this is an ideal transition role to move into the Health Benefits Administration team.
Responsibilities may include any or all of the following:
Build a strong relationship with the client and interact regularly with key client contacts.
Assess, manage and solve for ambiguous operational and technical situations.
Develop a solid understanding of our technology solutions
Plan, organize, and lead internal and external meetings
Manage projects from beginning to end, and provide subject matter expertise to client
Use ad hoc reporting, Google Analytics, and Advanced Table Editor to assist with escalations, and consult with client
Act as a Subject Matter expert for all service specific and common client requirements.
Seamlessly work with a global team of colleagues focused on client delivery and satisfaction to deploy solution roadmap for the client.
Build domain and operational skills across the client team
Manage the delivery of client reporting including non-standard client reporting needs
Coach, consult and develop team on best practices
Preferred background and skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to translate concepts to client requirements that drive technological and process solutions to meet client needs.
Basic project and client management experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Leadership and coaching skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to facilitate effective conversations with internal and external clients
Health Welfare/Annual enrollment experience.
