Job Description: Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer
Looking for a strong PeopleSoft HCM developer to assist with resolving conversion defects and creating extracts from PeopleSoft for Workday EIBs.
• Works well independently and has strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong Oracle SQL
• 8+ Years of PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode
• Understands PeopleSoft HCM table structures
o North American Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, Time and Labor, Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting
• Previous Experience with PeopleSoft to Workday conversion and data mapping preferred
• Able to turn around defects efficiently under tight deadlines
• Works well under pressure
Experience Level:
Level 3- [senior- 8+ years overall experience]
Qualifications (Must Have’s):
Strong project Management and communication skills. Familizar with PeopleSoft HCM table data structures and Workday HCM. This person should have a good combination of technical and functional skills.
