Aon is looking for an Sr Identity & Access Management Engineer
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our IAM team.
This role can be located in Chicago, Texas or hybrid Chicago, Texas regions.
Your Impact as Sr Identity & Access Management Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Lead engineering & implementation of security technologies centric to Access Governance security solutions
Own the adoption of the Identity and Access strategy through the documentation of business capability and roadmap developed with architecture
Lead and co-ordinate work within the team to deliver per defined roadmaps
Domain authority in the area of Identity governance with an eye to improve the area through new feature/functionality development
Implementation & integration of Identity Governance solutions (Micro focus- IG, Sailpoint, Saviynt etc.)
Provide input into architectural design of Access Control, User Entitlements, Application Credentials, User Access Policy Management, improving security related to Access governance
Experience in Identity & Access Management platform solutions
Keep documentation accurate with environment changes
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral are a requirement for this position
Required Skills:
5+years of experience in implementation and integration of Identity Management and governance solutions
Experience with IG Operational tasks - Crafting connectors, Defining Access Control, Policies/Platforms, User provisioning and entitlements, Managing Applications Credentials, Auto upload and User Access Policy Management
Experience in performing Privileged Access Reviews, Compliance Reporting, Access Control Processes and other associated tasks with Privileged User Management
Knowledge in setting up multi factor authentication (RSA, RADIUS, SAML)
Experience with REST API for automated provisioning of Safes, Accounts and Access Control
Experience with auto discovery and automatic password management
Skilled in Active Directory concepts, including users, computers, groups, policies
Solid grasp of protocols, services, and traffic flows for authentication
Programming with Java, .Net C#, Perl, Python, Golang, PowerShell
4+years of demonstrated ability in Identity and Access Management solutions, NetIQ suite a plus
Experience working with the following enterprise software:
Active Directory
eDirectory
SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS)
VMware
Linux
