Job Description
You will work as part of an engineering team of 18 at a 3.4 million square foot Class A office building in downtown Chicago. Tenants include Aon, JLL, Kraft Heinz, KPMG and Microsoft.
The Engineer Apprentice supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities. Assists engineering teams in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
