Operating Engineer
Develop your engineering career at JLL!
You will work as part of an engineering team of 18 at a 3.4 million square foot Class A office building in downtown Orlando. Tenants include law and accounting firms.
The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems.
Schedule: ( 2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekends, etc)
Salary: $46.47 per hour
Responsibilities
Complete assigned tasks that include but are not limited to the tasks and systems associated: painting, pressure washingcleaning, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts (as allowed by any licensing requirements), plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment,hanging pictures, repair office furniture, locksmith work and general maintenance
Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests
Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested
Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks
Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable)
Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls
Comply with all safety procedures
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs
