Job Description

Seeking an outgoing individual with accurate data entry, proofing, communication and customer service skills with the ability to organize and maintain work flow independently. The individual must have the ability to comprehend and follow procedures. Assist with customer service requests. Duties will include, but are not limited to, accurate and timely data entry of voter registrations requests into database, produce communications via mail and email, taking minutes for County Board meetings, serving as point person for receiving and locating records of various natures, taking requests and processing Vote by Mail ballots within a batch processing format, assisting customers with Early Voting, as well as the various aspects of election preparation and equipment testing while maintaining office policy of friendly, accurate and efficient service. Perform any and all other duties in the office where needed as assigned by the County Clerk including, issuing marriage licenses, and serving as backup for the vital records department.
