Job Description
- Serves as a resource for KCHD programs and services.
- Plans, organizes, and provides education and outreach on current grant-funded programs.
- Performs comprehensive community health assessment.
- Assists with our website and social media posts promoting our services.
- Analyzes, evaluates, and recommends changes in health education methods, techniques, and resources.
- Assist with planning and marketing of KCHD sponsored conferences and events.
- Prepares and submits reports, statistics, and data as required.
- Plans and prepares requests for proposals for grant funding.
- Provides education and outreach to community organizations, law enforcement, first responders and community members
- Works with community agencies
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs appropriate emergency response duties as required.
