TITLE: CREW MEMBER REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT MANAGER GENERAL MANAGER FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT Job Summary: Team members are responsible for meeting the needs of our guests while executing to the Dunkin’ Donuts operational standards Essential Responsibilities: Hold the guest as the most important priority at all times Execute the 6 steps of service: Enthusiastically greet the guest making eye contact and smiling Take the order listening closely to ensure every order is filled promptly and accurately (smart sell if applicable) Collect payment from the guest Assemble the order checking for accuracy Deliver the order making eye contact and repeating the order number and prepared food items Thank the guest and invite to return again Communicate guests feedback to restaurant management Educate guests on products offered Resolve guest concerns with respect and a sense of urgency Complete all required E-Learning training Adhere to all uniform and grooming standards Take accountability for understanding all in store marketing promotions Execute new product rollouts including selling to guests and product execution Ensure orders are entered in the POS system accurately Utilize cash control procedures Understand and complies with all procedures and policies Assist in training of new crew members Prepare quality finished products efficiently per recipe manual standards Restock food line and cooler Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash Maintain personal hygiene standards, including wearing a clean uniform Understand and communicate the GSS program Understand and communicate the Dunkin’ perks program Qualifications/Skills Required: At least 16 years of age or older Must be friendly and guest service oriented Ability to communicate effectively Must possess neat and clean hygiene Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency Ability to work as a team-player Ability to stand/walk a minimum of 4 hours or as needed Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly throughout shift Certified in required food safety program This Dunkin Donuts restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DD Franchising LLC.
