Job Title: Hospitality Sales Leader
Job Location: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Jersey City, NJ; Chicago, IL
Job Description: This Business Development Executive & Coach role is for an experienced & daring sales professional; the main responsibility includes individually sourcing and selling new business for Capgemini as well as providing coaching and management to other business development executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Accountable for driving profitable top line growth (booking and revenue) for the Hospitality (Parks/Recreation, Hotels/Alternate Lodging, Casino/Gaming, Cruise Line & Travel Services) Industry Portfolio.
+ Conduct cadence of reviews to shape GTM propositions to ensure client success objectives and value based selling, aligned to industry sub-segment requirements
+ Direct sales management responsibility of a team of BDEs to drive growth in new logos for the portfolio. Assist with executive client interactions as needed
+ Conduct pipeline review calls and assist industry leader in budgeting and forecasting
+ Individually develop new business and be the primary sales lead on identified transactions, while leveraging Capgemini subject matter experts and executives, as needed.
+ Originate and qualify leads via cold-calling, networking, social media, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C level executives within targeted accounts.
+ Work closely with the solutions team in the Technology Services, Outsourcing and the various Sector groups to develop and win a pipeline of new/add-on business
Required Skills :
+ 15 years’ experience in business development roles in enterprise sales of IT and business-related services.
+ Experience providing coaching and management to other business development executives / sales executives
+ Support other business development executives for relationship management and deal progression coaching
+ Record of consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basis
+ This is a hybrid role “hunter” and “sales leader” and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth as well as team management to achieve a collective goal
+ A well-documented track record of achieving individual annual sales quotas of $ 10M-$15M and portfolio size > $200M. Recent experience selling consulting services engagements in the $500K – $10M range.
+ Ability to travel extensively as required
