Job Description:

Responsible for implementing strategies and systems improvements to support business operations related to Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) reporting and drive operational excellence. Utilizes data to identify opportunities for process improvement, resource optimization, foster collaboration and solve problem issues. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop . implement and monitor strategies that align with overall company’s goals. Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


+ Identifies opportunities to improve operations by analyzing data, listening to customer calls, interviewing staff, and observing workflows.

+ Communicates opportunities for improvement and collaborates with business partners on process enhancements.

+ Documents processes and process flows. Drives the development and enhancement of reporting metrics.

+ Partners with internal teams and external partners to define implementation requirements and timelines. Ensures operational readiness for all implementations, technology, and process changes.

+ Assess root causes and solutions for issues that arise.

+ Identify technology solutions that can enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications You’ll Need

The Basics: ?

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field

+ 4+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations

+ In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in customer service or financial services operations

Bonus Points If You Have:

+ Master’s degree in business, arts and sciences, or related field

+ 4+ years of experience in applicable line of business (deposits, personal loans, student loans), or related field

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
