Job Description
Our client, Procter and Gamble, is seeking a Smart Lab Team Leader to join their team. As a Lab Leader, you will be part of the Smart Lab supporting Lab Technicians. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, detail oriented, and exemplary record keeping skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Smart Lab Team Leader
Location: Champaign Illinois
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Work Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Hours 7:30am – 4pm
What’s the Job?
Work as Site Leader securing, opening, and closing site.
Development of new processes
Scheduling students
Follow and execute standard operating procedures.
Record keeping, maintain log sheets.
Shipping records
Cleaning and storing of devices.
Training students
Scheduling students
What’s Needed?
Candidate will have the ability to lead and motivate team members.
Candidate has above average computer skills. Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel programs are used daily.
Candidate needs to be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Candidate has great written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift 40 lbs. per plant safety guidelines.
