Job Title:PACS Support Analyst
Description:
CTG is seeking an outstanding consultant with extensive Imaging/ PACS experience.
The ideal consultant will provide general break/ fix PACS support and come with at least 2 years of IT and PACS support.
This candidate must have Fuji Synapse v. 5.7 and Syngo Dynamics VA40.
Experience with earlier versions will also be considered.
This position will be focused on working down the ticket queue. Documents will be created during the knowledge
This position is remote only and there is no need for after-hours on-call support.
Skills Required:
1. At least 2 years experience supporting PACS systems as an analyst on the IT side
2. Epic certification/experience not required
3. Prior experience with Fuji Synapse v 5.7 or Syngo Dynamics vA40 preferred, though not required
4. General break/ fix support
5. 40 hours regular 8 hour (+ lunch) shift. Either 7a – 4p or 8a – 5p EDT. No oncall
