Description:
Factory Automation Engineer to support functions at Seeding Moline.
Skill set requirements:
- Experience with PLC programming and Automation/Controls – MUST HAVE
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLC and User Interfaces – MUST HAVE
- Experience in designing and reading electrical prints using AutoCAD – MUST HAVE
- Experience with SQL Databases – nice to have, but not required
Additional Notes:
- PPE Requirements: Metatarsal Foot Protection (employee to provide)
- PPE requires Metatarsal Foot Protection, as well as long pants (jeans or work pants). All additional PPE will be provided on-site.
- Physical Requirements: Employee will be required to travel between office area and manufacturing floor multiple times per day.
- This is a hybrid role of computer/office work combined with direct shop floor interaction.
This position is eligible (based off performance) for incremental, progressive retention bonuses at every 90 days for the first year on assignment. $5,000 for the first year broken down below
• $750 at 3 months
• $1,000 at 6 months
• $1,250 at 9 months
• $2,000 at 12 months
Retention bonuses are forfeited for those who do not complete their assignments or end assignments early.
