We are looking for an experienced and versatile technical business analyst to build up our document digitization and eSignature capabilities with Docusign. This Technical Business Analyst will be a member of the IT Corporate Systems team delivering eSignature solutions to meet an array of internal and customer facing document processes. This individual will be responsible for documenting existing business needs and developing new and enhanced business processes to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives. Office location in Chicago near Rosemont I or Tinley Park Illinois.
Key Accountabilities
IT project lead to ensure all business requirements are captured for design, testing and implementation of a variety of solutions across corporate systems needs and eSignature capabilities.
Work with business sponsors to determine business requirements necessary to increase efficiency and functionality of software/applications.
Design current and future state processes and assist with connecting all necessary teams together to push project from start to finish
Design workflows, processes and solutions to solve business problems
Lead process modifications to increase productivity and effectiveness
Build a strong cross functional understanding of both the company's product and business operations
Clearly communicate complex technical solutions in a manner where business lines can easily understand
Effectively facilitate meetings and interact with project sponsors
Exercise independent judgement, and take the lead role on projects with minimal direction if needed
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Expertise with Financial Industry systems is required, banking is preferred.
Experience in technical business analysis in banking or a related industry
