Role Snapshot
The Provider Enrollment Supervisor will lead a team of approximately 15 to 17 Provider Enrollment Analysts to ensure timely and accurate processing of provider applications seeking to enroll in the Medicare program. More specifically, this role will:
Ensure operational tasks are completed by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, and implementing productivity and quality standards.
Manage inventory to ensure we are meeting or exceeding our contractual obligations.
Build and maintain professional relationships with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other carriers.
Assist with government on-site and internal audits.
Develop and execute employee engagement and achievement plans.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
1 or more years of related work and leadership experience.
This role will require some travel on occasion for meetings to either our West Frankfort, IL or Madison, WI office.
For remote positions, employee is required to meet remote worker requirements, including a designated work station, a wired (Ethernet) connection to the network (no wireless internet), and a minimum of 10Mbps downstream connection with at least 1Mbps upstream (can be checked at ). In addition, we do not support satellite internet (e.g. Starlink) or hotspots.
Preferred Qualifications
STRONGLY PREFER - 3 or more years of experience directly supervising a performance driven team
STRONGLY PREFER - Inventory management experience in a fast paced operational environment
WFO software (e.g. Nice Engage) experience used for monitoring staff production
Experience supervising remote employees
Desire to grow beyond supervisory role in the future
Experience working in Healthcare or Health Insurance field
Salary Range
$57,500 to $70,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
