Position SummaryAs the Learning Consultant in the IVL Medicare Learning and Performance team, this individual will support our Strategic, Exchange and National Distribution Partners channel. You will have the opportunity to design creative and engaging learning solutions that help align our partners with Aetna’s value proposition and sales portfolio of products. Part of this role includes collaborating with our Strategic Partners to identify training gaps and provide the optimal learning solutions.Required QualificationsAt least 8 years of experience in Corporate Learning Design and 4 years of Medicare experience- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content’s- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)- Work with SMEs to identify target audience training needs- Project management and organizational experience- Demonstrated capability to deliver work in a multi-project team-oriented environment- 4 years Medicare Experience- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%Preferred QualificationsPlease replace this section with the Preferred Job QualificationsEducation* Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing with all levels* Attention to detail with process quality mindset* Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,700.00 – $105,100.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
