Human Resources Manager

Our community has an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities include a wide range of human resources functions; recruiting, hiring, and training new and existing employees; managing payroll, maintaining vital employee records, and planning programs and processes designed to improve employee engagement.

The Human Resources Manager collaborates with employee relations, payroll, compliance, benefits, talent and training teams to ensure best practices and policies are extended.

Benefits may vary based on employment status

+ Associate degree in business, management, human resources, communication or related field required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Equivalent experience in a related discipline may be considered in lieu of degree

+ Professional HR certification preferred

+ Minimum 4 years of HR experience preferred

+ Customer oriented and able to create excellent partnerships with community and corporate teams

+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, good critical thinking skills, discretion and sound judgment

+ Strong organization, time management, and administrative skills to ensure ability to multi-task effectively

+ Attention to detail and demonstrated technical abilities to accurately generate metrics and compile reports

+ Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job

+ Experience with applicant tracking systems or other related recruitment software highly desired

+ Experience with payroll edits and processing, schedule updates

+ Proficient with Microsoft suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and other related software. Related software proficiency highly desired in SmartLinx, UKG

+ Familiarity with screening requirements for the State

+ We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
