Job Description
State Farm Insurance Agency has an immediate opening for an Insurance Customer Service Rep-Agent Team Member to join their team. Insurance experience and Insurance Licenses are preferrred.

Responsibilities:
- Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to insurance inquiries regarding insurance availability, insurance eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance claim submissions, insurance billing clarification, etc.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Continuous network to develop and sell insurance products to prospective insurance customers
- Review policies to discover gaps and cross sell existing insurance customers based on their needs
