Location: Lake Forest, IL 60045

Major Purpose:
The client is launching an enterprise-wide effort focused on improving the way we deliver HR services to team members across the company. We're looking for a creative and motivated curriculum and training content developer to support our change management team over the next six months.

• Participating in testing sessions to develop and refine training materials
• Developing user guides and other training materials that will be delivered across multiple channels
• Content to support training diverse audiences on the launch of new HR systems and processes
• Supporting the change management team in the development of the overall training curriculum

• Proven ability to create simple, easy to understand training materials
• Demonstrated expertise in creating training materials for internal corporate audiences
• Flexibility and tenacity—both a self-starter and able to work with direction
• Knowledge and experience with HR and HR technology, preferably with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
• Understanding of business technology and system transformation
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to simplify complex subjects
• Experience in developing training curriculums a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and image capturing tools
