+ 2nd shift openings

+ 4:00 pm – 4:00 am Machine Shop Mon – Fri or 2/2/3 Rotation

+ 7:00 pm – 6:00 am Forge Dept

+ 4:00 pm – 4:00 am Shipping / Material Handling

+ 4:00 pm – 4:00 am Quality Control / Inspection

+ 4:00 pm – 3:00 am Saw Operator

+ 3:00 pm – 2:30 am or 7:00 pm – 6:30 am Maintenance

+ 7:00 pm – 7:00 am Diesel Truck Repair

+ Visually inspect, layout and prepare materials as required. Examine material visually for flaws and defects.

+ Read and understand entire part routing. Identify forgings, material type, verify blueprint and dimensions prior to loading part.

+ Load material into machine utilizing overhead crane with forge parts that can weigh over 100,000 lbs.

+ Select, load and verify existing program to ensure safe and productive machining of metal part.

+ Set up equipment, install tools and fixtures. Monitor entire run of CNC machine due to unique forgings.

+ Adjust machine stops, feed and speed to spec and tolerances. Edit G & M codes (will train if needed).

+ Use forklift to load and unload forged metal materials. Calculate chain and strap adjustments.

+ Operate band saw, verify dimensions, determine saw blade. Remove and segregate scrap and chips.

+ Actively participate in safety program following policies for reduction and elimination of accidents.

+ Hand tool and tape measure

+ Forklift experience

+ Use of inspection tools such as caliper, tape measure, etc.

+ Manufacturing, production, factory experience

+ Shop math and computer skills

+ Blueprint reading (preferred)

+ Heavy equipment or machine operator (preferred)

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent

+ Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Additional lifting to 65 lbs. as needed.
