JOB SUMMARY

This job is responsible for the physical delivery and ongoing support of products/services, applications, network systems and overall solutions. Performs tasks including, but not limited to, systems software upgrades, workstation setups and server configurations. Maintains software and hardware inventories. Provides operational support and analysis for the organizations information systems and peripheral equipment, such as servers, desktops, printers and storage devices. Performs recovery procedures, scheduling and backups, and monitors batch processes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Perform operational support of IT Infrastructure technology including, but not limited to, network, security, messaging, storage, voice, etc.

+ Perform analysis and resolve problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels.

+ Complete project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.

+ Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.

+ Other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

Required

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

EXPERIENCE

Required

+ 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology

Preferred

+ Responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting data interfaces and conversions between different healthcare systems

+ Work closely with stakeholders, including clinical staff, administrators, and IT staff, to gather requirements and translate those requirements into system design specifications

+ Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and Epic EHR systems

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

+ Experience in data conversion and be able to perform data mapping, data validation, and data reconciliation

+ Training and support to end-users, documenting system processes and procedures, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing system maintenance and upgrades

+ Work with technical teams to ensure data interfaces and conversions are completed successfully and meet all regulatory and compliance requirements

+ Responsible for providing guidance and recommendations to the organization on best practices and new technologies related to data conversion and integration

+ Need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare technology industry to ensure the Epic Bridges system is meeting the organization’s needs and providing the best possible patient care

+ Critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing support of data interfaces and conversions between different healthcare systems

Pay Range Minimum:

$50,200.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$90,300.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
