Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) project work and team meeting facilitation.
• Including work in related software to document program requirements, Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), validation planning, etc.

Typical task breakdown:
• Overall program management for APQP, meeting facilitation (co-facilitation)
• Documentation in related software (per above)
• Interaction with engineering teams though meetings and follow-up for improving product designs through APQP process.

Interaction with team:
• Hybrid of on-site and virtual (Teams) work. Teams meeting, email.

Work environment:
• Office setting; may include visits to various Client offices and potential suppliers.

Education & Experience Required:
• BS in mechanical, electrical, computer, or manufacturing engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience.

Technical Skills
(Required)
• Excel, Word, Powerpoint, good mechanical aptitude

(Desired)
• APQP related software (such as Plato E1ns, DOORS, Team Center, Jama, etc.)

Soft Skills
(Required)
• Self-starter, time management , good communications skills

(Desired)
• Project leadership
