Responsibilities
Responsibilities
+ Design and implement strategies to rationalize the supply base and leverage organization’s spend.
+ Supplier Management – manage contract, service, and business reviews
+ Coordinates and supports all sourcing related activities including review, negotiation, and acquisition of the targeted spend categories.
+ Develop sourcing strategies based on analysis of spend data, supply market dynamics, category intelligence, and most importantly business requirements.
+ Manages risk mitigation (cost, price and/or supply).
+ Ensure improvement to cost, quality and service.
+ Share best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
+ Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of work experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
+ Understands indirect category buying & management process to identify improvement opportunities.
+ Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills.
+ Prefer strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Ability to present to senior management.
+ Become an influencer, collaborate with other procurement delegates and work across various Business Units.
+ Analytical Skills – gather data to identify issues and recommend effective solutions per business requirements.
