Job Description
HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
• Residential service, maintenance and installations of furnaces, boilers, central air conditioners, mini-splits and fireplaces
• Size for new equipment, configure duct systems and sheet metal fabrication.
• Install whole house humidifiers, whole house indoor air filtration systems, chimney liners, WIFI thermostats, water leak/freeze detectors and home security cameras.
• Install and repair gas lines
• General maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance on furnaces, central air conditioning, boilers and fireplaces.
• Equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Determine cost of repair versus replace based on age, product availability, condition and safety.
HVAC Technician Qualifications:
• Residential HVAC experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
